PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION
Drive the overall End-to-End annual Marketing Working Budget (MWB) planning process from an operational POV.
Drive preparations, content deliverables and recaps/reporting for all related MWB milestones and across all business areas, ie. Markets, Global Business Units and HQ Functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own and manage the overall End-to-End (E2E) MWB process from an operational POV, including setting annual timelines
· Prepare all MWB milestones and major deliverables in line with the E2E MWB Process Playbook
· Manage and steer the preparation of MWB-related inputs into seasonal milestones
· Project manage the Full Year (FY) planning and allocation process, by developing a quarterly review documentation including consolidation of inputs, analyses and recommendations
· Manage preparation of monthly updates and end of year recap, partnering with Brand Finance
· Support the development of recommendations for MWB allocation along the E2E MWB process and across MWB spend types
· Ensure information exchange with operative teams within the business (e.g. Brand Calendar team, Brand Comms Operations, Procurement)
· Own seamless documentation of all in-season budget related adjustments overall and on category and market level

· Advanced project management skills from project initiation to planning/execution to closure
· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate analysis into clear insights-driven presentations for Senior Leadership audiences
· Experience leading organizational processes with affinity for process excellence
· General knowledge of Marketing Working Budget mechanics
· Ability to lead cross-functional teams
· Fluent in English
· Advanced user of MS office, with exceptional skills in PPT and XLS
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in business with Marketing, Sales or Finance focus or equivalent professional experience
· Functional: 8 years of relevant cross-functional work experience, ideally within Marketing, Sales or Finance
· Minimum of 1 year management experience
