Quality Innovation Manager – Health Care – jobs and internships at Procter and Gamble

We are looking talents for our NAUCALPAN PLANT for the position of:

Management full-time position

Start date: As soon as possible

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: experience in role with innovation and develop new strategies for the product that are in other countries and requires to expand to other countries – Latin American scope.

Scope of the role:

You work here would include:

  • To support Latin American region as quality contact for the innovation, capacity and tech transfers projects providing support and ensuring compliance during all the phases until its hand-over to Go To Market department.

  • Work in partnership with P&G Sites and different teams to implement the projects according to internal P&G standards and Board of Health requirements.

  • Support global project at regional level (LA) taking the responsibilities of the actions to be locally/regionally performed.

  • Support continuous improvement processes.

  • To audit (due diligence), develop and support the new EBPs / CROs / Service Providers related to the innovation and tech transfers projects.

  • Support Contract Manufacturers for inspections readiness.

  • Ensure the clear and fast communication/escalation within Quality Organization related to project risks and issues during its implementation.

  • Support change management program in LA region.

  • Work with appropriate prioritization according to the business needs, capacity and capability.

  • Ensure the project budget is clear evaluated (during the feasibility step) and honored.

  • Live in Mexico City or near to Naucalpan

  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Microbiologist or chemical engineering graduated level.

  • English advanced (written and spoken)

  • Experience in Quality Management Systems and Regulatory environment

  • Knowledge of development and manufacturing medicinal products.

  • Demonstrate knowledge in Quality Management Systems.

  • Broad understanding of the drug development process and regulatory environment.

  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze data quickly to drive action.

  • Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results

  • Operate with technical excellence while collaborating optimally with others

  • Travel availability: Occasional traveling, mainly within Mexico but, internationally may be required.
