Summary:

Reporting directly to Teremarkets OU board of directors, the Operation Manager is responsible for delivering the annual

P&L, driving the overall operations of the team, HR management, day to day planning, and the sales/account management of Teremarkets Office in Buenos Aires.

As Teremarkets Operation Manager you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the key revenue activities and related processes. You will be responsible for delivering the operational KPIs and monthly financial objectives by conducting online best and most efficient practices and working methodologies. Your tasks include maintaining and further developing our operational infrastructure, in tandem with facilities and people strategies, you’ll help ensure we deliver Teremarkets commercial and operational objectives and services.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

You will need to constantly look at new ways to develop and grow Teremarkets online operations and financial results.

Make sure you deliver the bottom-line results, KPIs and the annual financial plan. You will be responsible for 3 main areas:

Teremarkets Operations and Admin

Rules and Responsibilities:

  • Teremarkets Operations : o Manage Teremarkets operational teams including Media, Ad-Ops, Social and eCommerce; maintain and where needed develop best practices, train and develop team to achieve team goals o Drive overall online marketing strategy, execution of marketing campaign activities including targeting, outbound email campaigns, social media communications and media campaigns to follow up on customer requests, targeted marketing initiatives and opportunities identified through web analytics and marketing automation tools, o Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness, o Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to management to help achieve sales objectives, o Leading special projects as directed by the board of directors to achieve company goals. o Manage Teremarkets operational budget: P&L ownership, expenses, salaries and HR o HR: manage Teremarkets team address HR issues and requests o Manage 3rd party relationships: legal, accountant, partners and secure smooth and efficient day to day operation and relationship
  • Administration o Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. o Organize and schedule meetings and appointments o Organize office operations and day to day activities o Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary o Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time o Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting o Provide general support to visitors o HR Operations
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Manage and coordinate HR annual holiday schedule, reporting to finance and management and arranging company evenings, holidays and events
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. o Finance Operations
  • Provides financial support to management by preparing accounting data and invoices; maintaining financial log box and preparing reports.
  • Working with our finance team to Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Examine statements to ensure accuracy; ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
  • Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date; organize and maintain financial record
  • Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned, make best-practices recommendations to management and suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
  • Manage the company Annual financial report and audit project, provide auditing services for businesses and individuals

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $60,000.00 – $95,000.00 per month
