  • Develops, prepares, analyzes and/or revises budgets and supporting schedules for assigned organizations or program areas
  • Performs review and analysis of budget program and policy issues, analyzes financial trends, and recommends appropriate courses of action to management
  • Performs expenditure analyses and prepares budget-related financial summaries and recommendations for management review

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance or related field from an accredited college or university OR TWO years of fiscal analysis experience. This position requires the ability to lift up to 45 lbs., and the ability to bend and reach up.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • More than 2 years of experience in fiscal analysis
  • Public Health Experience
  • Experience in Governmental Accounting
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • VHN Experience
  • Payroll Experience
