Accounts Officer – Dandenong VIC

Our client is a family owned manufacturing company located in Dandenong South, and are now seeking an experienced Accounts Officer.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 4 years experience in similar role
  • Xero skills
  • Payroll experience is a must
  • Formal accounting or bookkeeping qualifications are highly desirable

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable / payable
  • FBT
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Prepare balance sheet and P and L statements
  • Payroll (weekly) and super (quarterly)
  • BAS for the entire group
  • Manage Payroll tax, workcover, superannuation and GST
  • General ad hoc admin work to support the team as required
  • Quarterly stocktake
